I’m launching a 7-Day Healthy Habits at Work Challenge starting Monday the 20th and I’m looking for a few busy professionals to test it before I roll it out to companies.
This challenge is designed for real life: work, workouts, deadlines, commutes, family, and everything else. Whether you can commit two minutes a day or twenty, the goal is progress that fits your day, not perfection.
You’ll get short daily lessons, simple habit options, practical ways to boost energy and consistency without adding stress, plus direct coaching support from me.
Participation is free for this pilot, but it does require commitment. To join, you must:
• Engage all 7 days (2 minutes or 20+, you choose)
• Try the habits in a way that works for you
• Provide feedback at the end so I can improve the program
